Required Documents

It is very important that the list of documents to be sent / delivered into our hands at least 7 days before arrival of vessel,so we can start the process with Brazilian Customs.

It is very important that the list of documents to be sent to us before we pack your move. Please, send all documents to your Export Coordinator and follow their instructions.

All copies must be certified and signatures must be notarized.

For Brazilians or foreigners with permanent visa in Brazil

02 notarized copies of passport (all pages, inclusive those in blank);

02 notarized copies of Brazilian I.D.;

02 notarized copies of CPF card;

02 notarized copies of the air ticket that proves you are leaving Brazil (show as final destination the country where shipment will be sent);

02 notarized copies of Power of Attorney, issued by a Public Notary (model supplied by Transworld);

02 notarized Declarations of reasons for leaving Brazil.

02 notarized copies of proof of residence of any utility bill or rental contract in shipper’s name (must be in the same address informed in the Power of Attorney).

It must be from the current month of export or at least the month before;

02 notarized Baggage Declarations forms signed.

02 forms for listing paintings and works of arts (IPHAN – National Historical and Artistic Heritage Institute).

For foreigners with temporary visa in Brazil

02 notarized copies of passport (all pages, inclusive those in blank);

02 notarized copies of Brazilian I.D.;

02 notarized copies of CPF card;

02 notarized copies of Power of Attorney, issued by a Public Notary (model supplied by Transworld);

02 notarized copies of the air ticket that proves you are leaving Brazil (it should show as final destination the country where shipment will be sent);

02 notarized Declarations of reasons leaving Brazil.

02 Notarized copies of “Termo de Responsabilidade”; This document is the guarantee bond and should be with you, company or Customs Broker.

Notarized copy of “DSI”; This document is the list of goods that were imported into Brazil and should be with you, company or Customs Broker.

02 notarized copies of proof of residence – Any utility bill in or rental contract in shipper’s name (must be the same address informed in the Power of Attorney).
