Documents for Exports in Brazil

Your import or export process can be expedited if certain requirements of Brazilian Customs are observed.
The necessary information for these procedures can be found in the texts below. Our sales team is available to answer any unrelated questions.

It is very important that the list of documents be sent/delivered to us as soon as possible so that we can begin the process with Brazilian Customs.

All copies must be authenticated and your signatures must be notarized.

FOR BRAZILIANS OR FOREIGNERS WITH PERMANENT RESIDENCE IN BRAZIL

01 Copy of all passport pages (including blank pages)

01 Copy of Brazilian identity card (RNM)

01 Copy of CPF (authenticated)

01 Copy of the outbound airline ticket from Brazil with the final destination being the country to which the belongings are being moved.

One copy of each Power of Attorney signed by the client and WITH NOTARIZED SIGNATURE (templates provided by Transworld).

01 Copy of the Liability Agreement (document signed with the Federal Revenue Service where the temporary import of your belongings was granted. This document must be with your company)

01 Copy of the DSI (this is a document issued by Porto Customs at the time your goods entered the country. This document should be with your company or the customs broker who handled the entry of the shipment into the country.)

FOR FOREIGNERS WITH TEMPORARY VISAS IN BRAZIL

2 Copies of the passport (all pages, from cover to cover, and authenticated)

2 copies of identity card (authenticated)

2 copies of the CIC / CPF (authenticated)

02 Certified copies of the airline ticket indicating the final destination as the location where the move is going.

Two copies of the Power of Attorney by Public Instrument submitted to the notary’s office (template provided by Transworld).

Two copies of the Declaration of Reason for Leaving the Country, signed by the client and with a notarized signature.

Certified copy of the Responsibility Agreement (document signed with the Federal Revenue Service where the temporary import of your belongings was granted. This document must be with you or your company).

Certified copy of the DSI (this is a document issued by Porto Customs at the time your goods entered the country. This document should be with you, your company, or the customs broker who handled the entry of your shipment into the country.)

02 Certified copies of proof of residence in the exporter’s name (electricity, gas, telephone, water bill, rental agreement).

The proof of residence must be from the current month or the previous month.

Two copies of the baggage declaration signed by the customer WITH NOTARIZED SIGNATURE.

Two copies of the IPHAN (National Institute of Artistic Heritage) form.
